Dunbar Center Rentals

If you are interested in renting space from Mt. Zion Baptist Church at The Dunbar (herein referred to as the Facility), there are three (3) steps to the rental process: 

  1. You must read and agree to the General Terms & Renter's Responsibilities. You will be asked to sign this document at a later date.
  2. You must complete and submit the Dunbar Building Usage Form.
  3. If the form is approved, you will be asked to come in and sign a Rental Agreement.

Rooms & Rental Rates

Gymnasium

            8,000 sq. ft./ capacity up to 500

           $300 for the first 2 hours;  $100 for each additional hr.

 

Studio Meeting Room

            1,800 sq. ft./ seating capacity up to 180 people

            $100/ per hr.

           

Lighthouse Meeting Room

            1,100 sq. ft./ capacity up to 75 people

            $75/ per hr.
